INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS

POSTER PRESENTATIONS:

Posters should be max A0 size (width 841 mm; height 1189 mm) in portrait format.

The conference does not offer any poster printing service on site.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS:

Each oral presentation slot will be 10 minutes long, which include 8 minutes of presentation followed by 2 minutes of questions and answers.

The schedule of the conference will be strictly maintained. Presenters are strongly encourage to deliver their presentations in time.

File formats. Acceptable presentations formats are PowerPoint and PDF.

RAPID FIRE PRESENTATIONS:

Rapid fire presentations consists of 2 minutes oral presentation (absolute cut off irrespective of if the presentation is finished). The rapid fire talks will also be presented as a poster at the poster session following the respective rapid fire session.

Acceptable presentations formats for the talks are PowerPoint and PDF. Posters are A0 portrait.

PRESENTATIONS:

  • POSTERS RF1-10 and P1-P72 will be presenting on Tuesday 10th July
  • POSTERS RF11-20 and P73-P144 will be presenting on Wednesday 11th July
